The Urban Center Condominium Association in Portland has obtained permits for a $5.7 million project to replace a standby turbine generator with a new diesel generator, alongside various structural upgrades. Additional renovations include improvements for a new tenant, construction of an exterior deck, and modifications for an outpatient opioid treatment clinic, as well as remodeling a school building and creating a covered area for food cart customers. MMI Alderway Owner LLC will also renovate a façade and develop white space suites through minor demolition and interior modifications.
