2. Scope of Services

Theia is a news aggregation and personalization platform operated by Delphi Data Labs GmbH. We provide curated news content, personalized recommendations, and related services to registered and unregistered users.

3. User Accounts

3.1. To access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing a valid email address.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3.4. You may delete your account at any time by contacting office@delphidata.io.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

4.2. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

4.3. You may not use automated systems to access the service without our prior written permission.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1. All content aggregated on Theia is provided by third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of such content.

5.2. The Theia platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Delphi Data Labs GmbH and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6.2. We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of news content provided by third-party sources.

6.3. To the extent permitted by Austrian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6.4. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Austrian law.

7. Termination

7.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms.

7.2. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply. Jurisdiction for any disputes shall be Vienna, Austria.
