AIA Australia has launched SCOR's VClaims rules engine across several funds, becoming the fifth major insurer in the region to adopt this technology. The deployment, completed in 2025, aims to streamline claims processing, ensuring faster and more consistent outcomes for policyholders. This initiative strengthens the partnership between SCOR and Adviser Connect, which has supported over 20,000 claims across multiple insurers in the past decade.
