Air Water Gas Solutions will build an air separation unit (ASU) for Sandpiper Chemicals' blue methanol facility in Texas, supporting the production of 1.1 million tonnes of blue methanol. The contract involves designing, building, and operating the ASU to supply oxygen, nitrogen, and instrument air necessary for production. Sandpiper Chemicals' CEO, Rod Ragan, emphasized the importance of Air Water as a partner for the project's industrial gas needs.
