Alcotra has joined the Maritime Ethanol & Methanol Alliance (MEMA), established by the Global Centre for Green Fuels, to advocate for the adoption of ethanol and methanol as sustainable marine fuels. The alliance focuses on initiatives aimed at decarbonising the marine fuel sector, and Alcotra intends to utilize its expertise and global supply chain to provide reliable, eco-friendly alternatives to hydrocarbon-based fuels.
