Arcadis has been contracted by ProRail to implement the European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS) in the Netherlands. The €12 million project focuses on modernizing the train protection system on the Roosendaal-Vlissingen route as a pilot for increased rail traffic safety and efficiency.

Work will commence immediately, beginning with the Lewedorp-Vlissingen section. The project utilizes Arcadis' Dyndash design platform to enhance project delivery and aligns with broader European objectives for interoperability in rail networks.
