Arrow Capital Partners Secures 7,800 sqm in Long-Term Leases at Ludwigsfelde Logistics Park

FLOW CONTROLSOLAR ENERGY

Arrow Capital Partners has completed two long-term leases totaling 7,800 sqm at Arrow Park Ludwigsfelde, near Berlin. A pharmaceutical company leased 5,600 sqm across three units, while an automotive firm took 1,900 sqm. The development, featuring a total of 14,000 sqm, has achieved DGNB 'Platinum' certification for sustainability.
