Articulus Surgical, a medical robotics startup, has raised undisclosed funding from Kalaari Capital. The funds will be used to enhance market deployments, expand surgeon training, and strengthen partnerships with hospitals over the next 12-18 months.
Founded in 2019, Articulus develops robotic systems for minimally invasive surgeries, targeting the under 1% adoption rate in India. Its flagship system, Pulsar, is designed for compact operating rooms. The company aims to improve surgical care accessibility across Indian hospitals.
