Bedrock Robotics Raises $270 Million for Autonomous Construction Technology

Bedrock Robotics has raised $270 million in a funding round led by CapitalG and Valor Atreides AI Fund, valuing the startup at $1.75 billion. The San Francisco-based company aims to automate construction vehicles to improve productivity and safety in the industry.

The technology can retrofit existing equipment and is designed to help address the projected need for 800,000 additional workers in the U.S. construction sector over the next two years. This funding brings Bedrock's total raised to over $350 million.
