Bruntwood SciTech has submitted plans for a £17 million redevelopment of Manchester One, including a four-storey extension. The project aims to enhance the existing 21-storey tower, increasing total space to 160,000 sq ft, and will introduce new amenities to support business productivity and wellbeing.

The transformation focuses on sustainability, with modernized facilities and a commitment to net zero. Completion is expected by early 2028, in partnership with Bridge Architects and Cubicworks.
