Burckhardt has secured a contract to provide Laby® Compressor technology for an ammonia bunkering vessel being developed by Itochu Corporation in Singapore. The 5,000 m³ vessel, commissioned with Clean Ammonia Bunkering Shipping Pte.

Ltd., will be constructed by Sasaki Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and is set for delivery in 2027. Burckhardt will supply two 2K 105-2 Laby® systems for efficient ammonia transfer during operations. Additionally, Burckhardt will provide systems for a chemicals handling facility in Abu Dhabi.
