Cargill has launched the maiden voyage of the Brave Pioneer, its first green methanol dual-fuel bulk carrier, designed to reduce CO2 emissions by up to 70%. Built by Tsuneishi Shipbuilding and owned by Mitsui & Co., the vessel will conduct operational tests during its journey from the Philippines to Europe, supporting Cargill's decarbonization efforts and exploration of alternative fuels.
