Casale SA and OMNI Conversion Technologies Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Agreement to develop OMNI's thermochemical gasification system, which converts municipal solid waste into syngas-based products like green methanol and hydrogen. This collaboration aims to promote circular economy practices and decarbonization by transforming non-recyclable waste into valuable chemicals and fuels, thereby reducing CO₂ emissions. Casale will act as a non-exclusive co-developer, enhancing sustainable waste valorization efforts in Central Europe, North America, and beyond.
