Charter Hall has signed a 20-year pre-lease agreement with ALDI for a new facility at Tarneit, Victoria, and expanded ALDI's existing Brendale, Queensland distribution center with an additional eight-year lease. The Tarneit development will feature a 102,000 square meter warehouse with automation technology, while Brendale will see an extension of 13,500 square meters and a new 9,000 square meter freezer facility. Charter Hall's partnership with ALDI now covers 378,000 square meters across nine sites in Australia.
