Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for water and sewer infrastructure in the Valla Urban Growth Area (VUGA), New South Wales, is complete. Construction of an internal road connecting 14 industrial lots to Red Ash Road has begun.

The project is funded by a total of $28.2 million from the Australian and NSW Governments and the Nambucca Valley Council. Future work includes the installation of additional utilities and a sewage pump station, with land sales expected to commence in mid to late 2026.
