Corte Madera Allocates $866K for Flood Control Pump Station Upgrades

Corte Madera Town Council has allocated $866,000 for upgrades to flood control pump stations as part of a short-term repair project. The initial phase focuses on enhancing sensor, electrical, and control systems to improve reliability before winter.
The project will improve five specific pump stations and may extend to two additional ones, pending budget approval. The total estimated cost is $760,000, with additional funds from Measure F. Work is expected to start in summer 2026, following the town's 2024 storm drain master plan.
