CPPGroup plc has finalized the sale of CPP India for a total consideration of up to $20 million, receiving an upfront payment of $15 million after taxes. The business was acquired by OneAssist Consumer Solutions and Bolttech Device Protection.

This transaction allows CPPGroup to concentrate on its digital insurtech venture, Blink, and to enhance investments in its technology and commercial strategies. The company plans to release its half-year results on September 29.
