Daegu Metropolitan City has secured a KRW 29.5 billion investment from Cheonil Techwin and Daewon SD for new manufacturing plants in the Daegu National Industrial Complex, with construction scheduled to start in the first half of 2025. Cheonil Techwin will invest KRW 17.2 billion to produce high-voltage wiring harness components for electric vehicles, while Daewon SD will allocate KRW 12.3 billion for automotive automation control equipment. The initiative is expected to create 46 new jobs and enhance local economic growth.
