Dassault Systèmes named the winners of the 2026 AAKRUTI international student design competition during 3DEXPERIENCE World in Houston. The competition featured 12 teams from nine countries, tasked with developing sustainable solutions using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and SOLIDWORKS applications.

The winning team, Team UJ Wom+n in Tech from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, created a pedal-powered breast pump. Other notable projects included a child-friendly injection device, selective cancer treatment, and a communication kit for aphasia patients.
