Depot Connect International (DCI) has entered an agreement to sell its Industrial and Rail Services business to Clean Harbors for approximately $130 million. The sale includes five locations in Ohio, Louisiana, and Texas and is expected to close in the first half of 2026.

This divestiture aligns with DCI's strategy to focus on core operations and enhance its depot network. DCI will continue collaborating with Clean Harbors in key facilities for cleaning and maintenance services.
