Drei Bond GmbH to Restructure into Two Companies Focusing on Adhesives and Dosing Technology

Effective March 1, 2026, Drei Bond GmbH will reorganize into two independent entities: Drei Bond GmbH Chemische Verbindungstechnik, focusing on adhesives and sealants, and Drei Bond Dosiertechnik & Service GmbH, specializing in dosing technology and services. This restructuring aims to strengthen market position and improve customer service. A technical partnership with BFA Automation GmbH will also be established to expand into new industries such as medical and electrical engineering.
