FCH Completes Acquisition of Axiflow Technologies to Enhance Fluid Handling Solutions

FCH has completed its acquisition of Axiflow Technologies, a manufacturer of sanitary twin-screw pump systems for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. This acquisition strengthens FCH's position in hygienic fluid handling solutions and expands its technical portfolio.
Axiflow will retain its commercial autonomy while collaborating with FCH's network to enhance innovation and application support. This marks FCH's ninth investment since being acquired by Audax Private Equity in 2022.
