Float Cannabis, led by CEO Jordan Kilian, is converting a former tire warehouse in Rochester into a 50,000-square-foot cannabis cultivation facility. The project, financed through local capital, aims for its first harvest by mid-July 2026.

The facility will feature 15,000 square feet dedicated to flowering and will provide post-harvest services for smaller growers. The legalization of adult-use cannabis in Minnesota is expected to drive economic growth and job creation in the industry.
