Haily Group Bhd's subsidiary, Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, has obtained a RM48.2 million contract from Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd for a residential project in Johor. The contract includes the construction of 113 double-storey terrace houses in Taman Impian Emas, Johor Bahru. Construction will start on February 23, 2026, and is expected to be completed by October 22, 2027, divided into three sections with specific deadlines for initial phases.
