Hero Realty has partnered with Panasonic Electric Works India to develop co-branded luxury homes at 'The Palatial' in Gurugram. The project will feature smart electrical and power solutions in 150 residences, starting at Rs 5.25 crore.

The collaboration emphasizes wellness and intelligent living, integrating AI-driven technologies and energy-efficient appliances. The Palatial spans 11 acres and includes high-rise towers and a 57,000 sqft clubhouse.
