A high-power autotransformer has arrived in Portuguesa to improve electrical voltage stability in Guanarito and Papelón, vital for the local economy. Governor Primitivo Cedeño announced that the installation will enhance the electrical system for families and the production sector.

The National Electric Corporation's Territorial Manager indicated this will address low voltage issues. Additional transformers will also be installed in communities to enhance service and meet local demands.
