Jiaze New Energy has signed an investment contract for a 300,000-ton green hydrogen alcohol aviation fuel chemical co-production project in Jidong County, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province. The project, initiated by Shanghai Jiayi Rongyuan, aims to construct facilities with a total investment of approximately RMB 3.56 billion, funded through company capital and financing.

The production scale includes 450,000 tons/year of green methanol, 150,000 tons/year of green ethanol, and 100,000 tons/year of green aviation kerosene. The first phase, scheduled from 2025 to 2027, targets a capacity of 240,000 tons/year of green methanol, 80,000 tons/year of green ethanol, and 50,000 tons/year of green aviation kerosene.

Phase II investments will depend on the outcomes of Phase I and market conditions. This project aligns with national dual-carbon strategies and aims to enhance the company's green chemical business segment.
