KH Group PLC has appointed Carl Haglund as its new CEO effective September 19, 2025. Haglund, who previously served as chair of the board for Nordic Rescue Group, will leave the board of KH Group but will retain his role with Nordic Rescue.

Ville Nikulainen, the outgoing CEO, will assist in the company's strategic transformation until the end of 2025. The board has expressed gratitude for Nikulainen's contributions to the company's strategy during its transition.
