Komatsu North America has reached an agreement to acquire SRC of Lexington, a remanufactured components supplier based in Kentucky. This acquisition aims to strengthen Komatsu's remanufacturing operations in North America, addressing growing demand for reman solutions.

SRC specializes in remanufacturing products for construction, mining, natural gas, and power generation markets. The deal is anticipated to close by the end of February 2026, subject to customary conditions.
