LG Innotek is enhancing its camera and sensor businesses for humanoid robots as industrial deployment nears. The company is in discussions with a U.S. humanoid robot firm to supply camera modules, aiming for mass production of 1 million units annually.

LG Innotek has also partnered with Boston Dynamics to develop a vision sensing system for Atlas robots and agreed to supply modules to Figure AI. The company is investing in actuators and creating a dedicated team to bolster its presence in the humanoid robot market.
