Logistea has completed Intersport AB's central warehouse in Nässjö, spanning 31,100 sqm, a month ahead of schedule. The facility includes modern logistics space, social areas, and an employee sports hall, with a total investment of SEK 204 million.

It aims for BREEAM Excellent certification and features a 499 kWp solar plant. Intersport has incorporated advanced automation for improved logistics efficiency. The project was completed under budget, with a base rent of SEK 14.7 million.
