Mantis Robotics announced that its MR-1 robot arm is the first fenceless, high-speed industrial robot certified to ISO 10218 and ISO 13849. This certification enables the robot to operate safely in shared environments with humans, eliminating the need for barriers.

The MR-1 features 47 embedded safety functions and can adjust its speed and behavior dynamically to ensure safe collaboration. It is now available for sale and carries CE marking for compliance with EU safety requirements.
