MAX Automation SE Appoints Oliver Jaster as Managing Director

Oliver Jaster has been appointed as the Managing Director of MAX Automation SE, effective February 24, 2026. He will take over after Dr. Ralf Guckert steps down on March 31, 2026, while remaining Chairman of Vecoplan AG, a subsidiary of MAX Automation. The board believes Jaster's extensive knowledge and operational ties will effectively lead the company during this transitional phase.
