MV Agusta announced the development of the Quadrato, a five-cylinder engine platform designed for various motorcycle segments, with a displacement range of 850cc to 1150cc. The engine produces 240 horsepower at 16,000 rpm and 99.5 lb-ft of torque at 8,500 rpm.

Weighing around 130 pounds, it features a unique cranktrain layout for reduced vibrations and compact design. The Quadrato will debut in a future model not currently in the lineup.
