National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) has partnered with Ayvens to transition 1,000 vehicles from an employee car ownership scheme to electric vehicle (EV) leasing. This move is expected to save 4,474 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. NGED aims to reduce its carbon footprint and support its EV drivers with over 500 charging points across the UK, including 176 rapid charger bays at primary substations.
