NexCore, a commercial HVAC services provider, concluded 2025 with momentum, acquiring Action Air Systems, Accutemp Engineering, and FX Automation. These acquisitions added over 155 employees, raising the total workforce to more than 900 across six hubs in the Northeast and Southeast. The company has grown through eleven strategic acquisitions since its formation in March 2023 by Trinity Hunt Partners.
