Puget Sound Energy Acquires Schnebly Coulee Solar Project in Washington
POWER GRIDS & TRANSMISSIONSOLAR ENERGY
Puget Sound Energy has purchased the Schnebly Coulee solar project in Kittitas County, expected to generate 90 megawatts of renewable energy annually. The project will utilize 1,314 acres for approximately 210,600 solar panels and is projected to produce 213 gigawatt hours, enough to power 20,000 homes each year. Construction began in August 2024, with commercial operations anticipated by June 2029.
