Realbotix Corp. has agreed to sell its Tokens.com domain portfolio to Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. for $2.245 million, with the transaction set to close around April 1, 2026. The deal includes the main Tokens.com domain and related assets, allowing Realbotix to concentrate on its AI and humanoid robotics initiatives without transferring any operating businesses or liabilities. Payment will be made in installments, starting with $1.5 million at closing.
