Munich-based startup Seal Robotics has secured €1.8 million in pre-seed funding, led by the Creator Fund, to develop robotic systems aimed at automating safety-critical processes in terminal logistics. The funding will support pilot projects in Northern Europe and Southeast Asia and facilitate the introduction of automation for hazardous manual tasks such as Twistlock and Pin Handling. Over the next year, the company plans to enhance its engineering efforts and strengthen partnerships with terminal operators to meet the growing demand for safe automation in container handling.
