Watson Farley & Williams advised Sonnedix on acquiring six photovoltaic plants and a 50% stake in a high-voltage substation in France. This marks one of three M&A transactions by Sonnedix in France in 2025, contributing to nearly 400 MWp of operating capacity, a 24% increase from the previous year. Sonnedix, active since 2009, has over 11 GW of global capacity and a development pipeline exceeding 6 GW.
