Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich, located at Dübendorf military airfield, is advancing its development with a consortium loan of up to 445 million francs. This funding will support the construction of new laboratories and office spaces, aiming to foster collaboration among science, industry, and entrepreneurship.

The first construction phase began in autumn 2025, with completion expected by summer 2026. The park will feature over 100,000 square meters of floor space by 2032.
