The City of Tshwane will implement a 12-hour power outage on March 8 for maintenance at the Waltloo Substation. The outage, from 8:00 to 20:00, will affect areas including the Waltloo Industrial Area, Nellmapius, and N4 Gateway. Technicians will address critical infrastructure, including the 132/11kV line and a 35MVA transformer, as well as replace ageing equipment to enhance safety and reliability.
