UiPath has acquired WorkFusion, a provider of AI agents for financial crime compliance, to strengthen its agentic automation portfolio for financial services. The acquisition, which closed in UiPath's first quarter of fiscal 2027, integrates WorkFusion's AI capabilities for automating workflows related to anti-money laundering and know your customer operations.

Financial terms were not disclosed. The move aims to enable financial institutions to improve their compliance processes and reduce manual efforts while adhering to regulatory standards.
