UNISONO Hospitality has acquired a majority stake in Aphy to integrate AI-powered automation with hospitality expertise. This move aims to help hotels manage administrative functions more efficiently throughout the guest journey.

Following the acquisition, Pedro Moreira will serve as CEO of Aphy, with Pascal Hakkers as CTO. UNISONO's representatives Urs Grimm and Nils Betschart will join Aphy's Board of Directors. The investment supports Aphy's mission to provide cost-effective automation solutions for independent hotels.
