ROBOTICS
Unitree Robotics plans to dominate the humanoid robot market by shipping between 10,000 and 20,000 units in 2026, up from 5,500 in 2025. The company has already surpassed the combined output of American competitors including Tesla and Agility Robotics.
Unitree showcased its G1 robots performing complex actions at a recent CCTV event, claiming full autonomy during the demonstrations. Despite impressive visuals, experts express concerns about real-world applications, noting the ideal conditions of the stage. Unitree is also focusing on developing embodied AI to enhance robot intelligence for complex environments.
