The U.S. Army's $27 million Army Transport Edge project in South Korea, upgrading communications for broadband, voice, and video, is nearing completion after 18 months. The initiative modernizes the network connecting 52 sites and enhances cybersecurity.

Empower AI was contracted in November 2023 to assist in the project. The Army plans to transition completely from the legacy network by September 26, 2024, improving speed and reliability for operations.
