YIT's Circular Economy Pilot Block 697 in Vallila, Helsinki, opens a circular economy store and begins removing reusable materials. The store, operated by Spolia Design Oy, will sell refurbished building components.

YIT also partners with Stadin AO to educate construction students on circular economy practices, aiming to develop a new study module.
