Zeus Packaging Group has acquired KOEX Packaging Solutions, enhancing its packaging services across Europe and North America. Financial details of the acquisition are undisclosed. Zeus aims for €600m revenue by 2026, supported by over 1,500 employees.

The deal will boost production and logistics capacity in Europe and extend Zeus's presence in the US. Financial backing came from AIB, ING, Rabobank, and HSBC, with advisory support from Ernest & Young and BPV.
