Ziemann Holvrieka has launched the BubbleBoil wort boiling system, which reduces evaporation rates from 4% to 1.5%, resulting in significant energy savings for breweries. This system, compatible with existing external boilers and CIP processes, allows for approximately 30% energy savings while maintaining beer quality equivalent to traditional brewing methods. The technology has already been successfully implemented in a large brewery, meeting MEBAK quality parameters.
