AcroMeta Group Limited has raised $1 million through a share subscription agreement, issuing new ordinary shares at a 10% discount, with completion expected by 31 May. Additionally, its subsidiary, AcroMeta Minerals Pte. Ltd., has formed a strategic partnership with Indonesia's PT Esa Jaya Labdagati for nickel activities, also formalized on 30 January.
